PruVenture Manager is a special program designed to build future managers. Firstly, the candidate will be interview by our manufacturer Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad. The applicants will be selected based on their age group, education background, work experience, maturity, and their attitudes demonstrated during the interview sessions.

Then, upon successful enrollment, candidates will be trained through our special training course prepared.
